The snap shots featured are my own segments representing the character’s internal commotion in response to a tornado that hit South Australia. We tackled the life changing and generational impact of environmental trauma. Through extensive research into epigenetics, I was able to visually demonstrate this biological phenomenon. I attempted to portray the emotional and physical implication of external forces in a metaphorical way, utilising 2D animation techniques.
