Do you do returns?
We inspect all products for quality before shipping. For packaging and shipping details, refer to each item. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@alexandratretiak.com to start the process and find a solution. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Can I order a print in a different size?
Absolutely! Please contact hello@alexandratretiak.com or send me a direct message on instagram at @alexandratretiak with the name of the print and the size you wish to purchase.
Do you do commissioned work?
Yes, you can contact me via email regarding commissions at hello@alexandratretiak.com or send me a direct message on instagram at @alexandratretiak. Additionally, you can specify colour scheme and motif based on my available prints.
